A dedicated DVI input with HDCP (high-bandwidth digital content protection) grants compatibility with cutting-edge equipment such as HDTV set-top boxes, and a built-in line doubler enhances the quality from standard interlaced video signals (such as those from cable, VCRs, non-progressive-scanning DVD players, etc.).
